Biweekly check-ins & feedback

Consistency is key to achieving real results! Biweekly check-ins are a required part of my coaching program to keep you accountable and ensure steady progress. Every two weeks, you’ll submit your waist and hip measurements along with full-body photos (front, profile, and back) so we can track changes and make adjustments as needed.

These check-ins aren’t just about numbers—they’re about making sure your plan is working for your body, metabolism, and goals. I’ll analyze your progress, provide expert feedback, and fine-tune your program to keep you moving forward. Together, we’ll make sure you stay on track and keep progressing toward your dream physique!

When you sign up, you’ll have direct access to me through WhatsApp for support and guidance. I check messages frequently, as this is how I track my one-on-one clients and ensure they’re on the right path.
